Apply to the Nalanda Institute's Contemplative Psychotherapy Progam: The Mindfulness Year

Starting in September of 2018, the San Francisco branch of the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science will be welcoming a new cohort of local and distance learners for the Contemplative Psychotherapy Program: the Mindfulness Year. Join contemplative psychology pioneer Joe Loizzo, M.D., Ph.D., Miles Neale, Psy.D., L.M.H.C and meditation master Sharon Salzberg for a historic program offering an intensive step-by-step learning experience integrating Buddhist psychology and meditation, with the most promising breakthroughs in contemporary neuroscience, health psychology, and psychotherapy.

Participants will receive cross-training in four discrete meditation techniques, direct access to world pioneers in the field and an ongoing process of mentoring and community that will immerse you in the inspiring new field of contemplative neuropsychology.

Participants who are encouraged to apply include Psychotherapists, Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurses, Physicians, Creative Arts Therapists, Educators, Yoga teachers, Entrepreneurs, Artists and others in helping professions.

Intersession retreat led by Miles Neale, Psy.D., L.M.H.C., February 15-17, 2019 at the San Francisco Zen Center.

Bi-monthly cohort classes are held on Wednesday mornings 9:00am - 10:30am at the San Francisco Zen Center.
