I am a younger guy only 25 so I expect some car sales people to not take me serious. However I didn't expect the reaction I received at Fields BMW from the entire staff. I drove up in my nice but older sports car, got out and looked around the lot for a few mins and found it funny no sales person came out to speak with me. I figured I would go inside and see if I could talk with someone and test out the 3 series I was interested in. I walked in and still could not get the time of day from anyone even though I flagged down two sales people on my own, they both said they were busy doing other things and could not point me to someone who was open. After this I left. So I went and bought a Porsche instead. Fields BMW you need to learn how to treat your younger guest and realize that they have the purchasing power to buy one of your cars.

Ken Brien was a pleasure to deal with. He understood our desire to stay within a target monthly number but also sensed our lack of enthusiasm about the 320 model. After several visits, his persistence in searching ultimately resulted in him finding the perfect vehicle for my wife. An executive's 328i that had just been offered for sale. Just the right color, equipment and mileage. To top it off we were able to buy the car the same day I sold her 328I convertible to a private party so we were not without a car for even a single day. I suppose there might have been a little luck involved here also but we always feel like we are well treated by the Fields team members (Our daughter has a Jeep from your Sanford store) whether it be Ken, Patti Rennie in service or Tiffany your BMW Genius who came to the house to help us with the Garage Door opener. Thanks again for running an auto dealership with STYLE.

I just wanted to say that I was helped by two exceptional people during a visit to Fields BMW. Both Steve Willis and Jay Fitzgerald were off the charts when it came to customer service. I came in for a car detail on my second BMW and by the end of the day I left with a beautiful new BMW 335i. I have been a fan of Fields BMW Winter Park for many years now and am always surprised by how well I am treated and the knowledge of the employees. Jack Todd is the person who takes care of all my service needs and does so with great professionalism and skill. I recommend anyone I know to visit the Winter Park store if they are looking for truly exceptional customer service.

Mike Crenshaw is a GREAT guy. I had a bunch of questions and concerns about my car and Mike went through everything with me so I knew exactly what needed to be done and the associated costs. He was really patient and thorough with me and it relieved a lot of anxiety. Please thank Mike for me and I will be back to see him. Outstanding & impeccable service experience 6/8/2015 Fields BMW Winter Park. BMW M6 had difficult electrical & mechanical issues others failed to repair. All Fields service backed up by one year warranty. Service Advisors Dave Gilbert & Mike A both commended for superior customer relations well above & beyond normal expectation. Don't be penny wise & dollar foolish have your BMW serviced by the very best. I drove over an hour away from home Merritt Island to Winter Park and it was well worth it !

Written by Rick Belmont! Please read review of Fields Winter Park further down to 2nd paragraph after my BMW bashing!!! They are great!!!! Definitely not happy with our 2010 328i bought used in 2012, 1st and last one!, Not from this dealer! Constant problems with electronics, lights and seal and gasket leaks, etc and now the air bag mat sensor replacement , etc! You could not pay me any amount of money to buy another BMW product!! Ever since I met my wife of 27 yrs, she had always wanted a BMW and when I would tell her that when I was stationed in Germany in the early 80's and got to drive a BMW she said someday her dream would come true! I can attest to the fact that back then they were the ultimate and stylish for that period!! But the problems today diminish our Joy of owning one! I think the electronic age has done that with many Cars!!! I must say all the Personnel at Fields winter park location are awesome and do make the pain a little easier even though not happy with product!! Jack Todd is by far the best service adviser I have ever had the pleasure to work with of any car dealer!! He always keeps you informed! Very professional and feels genuinely concerned about you! One other thing the car came out looking like new after the service was complete!!! Kudos to the detail team for that!!!

Fields has excellent communication and timely service schedules. This is my 2nd visit to Fields and both times I was treated with respect and friendly faces even though it was recall work.
