Interesting track (now owned by Porsche) http://www.porscheengineering.com/nardo/en/
Nardò Ring, Italy | Earth | Satellite
The Nardò Ring is a high speed, 7.8 mile long, circular test track in Nardò, Italy. Each of the ring’s four lanes has a determined “neutral speed” and is banked in such a manner that one can drive as if the road were straight.

"The Daily Overview project was inspired, and derives its name, from an idea known as the Overview Effect. This term refers to the sensation astronauts have when given the opportunity to look down and view the Earth as a whole. They have the chance to appreciate our home in its entirety, to reflect on its beauty and its fragility all at once. That's the cognitive shift that we hope to inspire."

Starting grid of the 1966 Mexican Grand Prix.  Jim Clark's No. 1 Lotus -BRM is on pole with Jack Brabham's No. 5 Brabham-Repco behind in 3rd.
John Surtees won that race. Good thing I found the pictures I took when I was 9.

Warner Bros. use of "clean slate" in The Dark Knight Rises does not infringe Fortres Grand's "Clean Slate" trademark both because there is no plausible claim for consumer confusion and because Warner Bros.'s use of the mark is protected by the First Amendment.

Imagine this plug in So Cal weather!
PLUG IT ON THE WINDOW.
Brilliant idea!

The Window Socket offers a neat way to harness solar energy and use it as a plug socket. So far we have seen solutions that act as a solar battery backup, but none as a direct plug-in. Simple in design, the plug just attaches to any window and does its job intuitively.

“There is no evidence that YouTube induced its users to submit infringing videos [...] YouTube did not have the right and ability to control infringing activity within the meaning of [the law]...[...and...] Plaintiffs lack proof that YouTube had knowledge or awareness of any specific infringements of clips-in-suit... ” District Judge Stanton states in his summary judgment ruling...shall we expect another appeal?
