I want to thank Ray Barreras and the team for an amazing job, they went above I found the perfect 2014 Civic at an amazing price and great payment, I love how they were not pushy at all, I had been to several other dealer ships and never once did I feel like I was been pushed into something I didn't want or lied to. I will definitely recommend everyone to them and will continue to return to them.

Honda has won the top honor more than any other automaker -- a record 8 out of 11 years they've awarded a mainstream brand. In 2013, Honda also earned multiple awards for individual models for Best Resale Value from KBB.com and Best Retained Value from Edmunds.com.

As of our last update from Honda the 2015 Fit hatchback should go on sale in the U.S. in the spring of 2014. Prices and final specifications for the 2015 Honda Fit will be announced closer to the time it goes on sale.  ;)

In November, I purchased a vehicle from Fernandez Honda. My sales consultant was Erick Solorio and my finance manager was Oscar O. Fernando. Both of these gentlemen were professional, courteous, helpful and great to work with. There were no games played like other dealerships play, they were upfront and honest. Transparency and great customer service was what they practiced throughout their dealings with me. This type of customer service is rarely practiced and especially at a car dealership! MY HATS OFF TO THESE BUSINESS MEN! Fernandez Honda is the car dealership to go to if you want great and honest customer service with a great quality vehicle. Janie

Service Department Review: I seriously doubt if they really do the so called 'World star multipoint vehicle inspection. In July 2015, I went for oil change for my accord which was bought from Fernandez honda. They said I needed to put new tires as tires were in really bad condition. Their report mentioned that the tire test result as 'FAILED'. I said 'not now' for the tires as it looked good to me. I went to some other place to check the tires, they all said tires were in good condition. So I did not replace the tires. In Nov 2015, I replaced the new cabin air filter myself. In Dec 2015, When i went for another oil change, as part of the their 'Multi point vehicle inspection', Tires test result came as 'PASS'. I was like 'Really???'. I added another 7000 miles on a 'FAILED' tire. how come can it be good now? To add to that -cabin air filter result came as 'FAILED'. They were advising me to put a new cabin air filter & mentioned there were some deals going on. oh boy!! i had just put a new cabin air filter a month ago. (i did check the cabin air filter once i came home and it was good.) These guys do not seem to be performing the service properly ; they just give some stupid reports & try to upsell products. Beware!!!

I took my 2012 Civic to get an oil change after I replaced the filters, wipers, and rotated the tires myself. They said I needed a new filter for the cabin and engine. Also my wipers needed to be replaced and it was about time I rotated my tires. I'm guessing they just go off the mileage and do not physically inspect anything they are suppose to inspect. As far as the tire rotation there might not be a way to know if inspected, but as far as the filters still being white and clean there is a way to know if they need to be replaced. Paperwork said a 1xx or 2xx multi point inspection was done on my vehicle. The visit to service department was not a good one. Maybe it was just an off day I thought because once my car needed another oil change I brought it back. This time they told me I needed to flush out my brake and transmission fluid. I figured it was time I should because this car gets a lot of miles put on it. I spent over $500 that day just to keep my car in good running condition so I can trade it in soon and get more for it. I left it there all day and picked it up close to closing time. On my way home I noticed my brakes were making noise. I took car back the next day and after they checked the brakes, they said I needed to replace the brake pads. I asked why weren't they checked yesterday after spending $500 dollars on something they should have noticed flushing out the brake fluid. They said they just missed it. There are signs posted at this dealership they stride to get 100% satisfaction from all their customers who have their vehicle's services there but as for me it was 0%. I was no longer going to waste my time and money at this dealership. I was able to get my car serviced on my way to work. I'd rather wake up early on a Saturday and take it to another Honda dealership than to this one ever again. Absolutely no one has called me after I left voice mails with general manager and placing bad reviews on the survey I received by email from Honda. Service department here is horrible PERIOD

Through True Car, I was given the name of several dealerships and they were contacted and advised of my interest in a new car. Of all the dealerships from which I heard, Justin Salazar @ Fernandez Honda was the most polite and actually listened to what I told him. After a couple of phone conversations, I told him that I would let him know when I was ready. He didn't bug me after that. I talked with a few of the dealerships who called and even went into one while visiting Houston. I've never been treated more rudely by anyone than I was treated by the Houston dealer. When I was ready to buy, I called Justin @ Fernandez. He remembered me right away and also remember exactly which car I was interested in. I made an appointment to seem him the following Saturday. He was waiting for me when I arrived and my car was out front waiting to be test driven. He, patiently, went over all the features before we began the test drive. He was nice, polite, and attentive. All in all, the others at the dealership who worked with us through the entire process were pleasant and accommodating. It was the first time in all my years that I've actually enjoyed the process of buying a car and went home with a new car and a smile on my face. Thank you all.

I have been looking for a car for several months, I finally found a vehicle that was at a reasonable price and very good condition. I messaged the dealership and got a reply not even 20 minutes later from Anthony Garcia. I scheduled an appointment to go see him and the car and he helped us right away. I fell in love with the car, Anthony was very informative and answered all my questions. This was my first purchase by myself and Anthony made the whole process so easy and very comfortable. He helped me get the deal and price I was looking for. I am very grateful to fernandez and will definitely recommend Anthony and fernandez to friends and family.

I purchased my brand new Civic here last week and had the best experience, by far, that I'd ever had at any dealership. My sales rep, Freddy Mejia, went above and beyond to help me in any way he could. He was not pushy, nor was rude at any point of the time I spent with him. And throughout the years I've come across many salesman who were rude when they felt you might be able to make a deal with them. So this was definitely a breath of fresh air. Thank you Freddy, Gilbert and Fernandez Honda for helping me get out of my large truck payment and into something affordable! I love my car!

BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE WHOLE TEAM AT FERNANDEZ HONDA!!! I just had the best car buying experience at Fernandez honda. I called the dealership and set up an appointment with Anthony Garcia he was an amazing car salesman. He was very knowledgable with all the car features and functions. Answered all my questions I had. If I had a question no matter what time He communicated with me in a timely manner. I did have a trade in and another local dealership offered me $2000 for my car. Fernandez Honda beat that and gave me $5000 for my car YES $5000. Anthony went above and beyond and gave me the BEST deal in the area! If you are in the market for a Honda...
