Nice. Your model of the universe as a hypergraph is very similar to Stephen Wolfram's (as explained in depth in New Kind of Science), but finished out a bit like I'd like to have done.

A bit of work to find this on HuffPost Live (search the archive for Scoble) - but well worth it.

Everyone I asked in Redwood City sent me to the same place: the Underground on Broadway. You can't miss it - it has a bright London Underground sign high up above the door. The first night I came was Comedy Night (Wednesday), which was a great chance to see some up-and-coming talent and meet the hard-working host. The bar staff are really friendly and welcomed me straight away with engaging conversation - they even helped me get in touch with a friend when my phone wasn't working. I was lucky to be there for Halloween, when the place was packed with costumed party-goers (all really well-behaved and good fun), both downstairs playing pool and beer pong, and upstairs on the dance floor. The only thing that could be better was the Guinness (I'm Irish so it's important), but I think it's the gas used in the US; all the Guinness I got elsewhere was much worse! Overall, the best bar for miles around..
