The British Columbia Childhood Cancer Parents Association is a registered non-profit charitable society whose mission is to help families who have children with cancer and who are struggling financially by providing them with aid through the Family Financial Aid Program.
Feel Good Yoga & Pilates are happy to support this cause. All proceeds from our November Karma classes (by donation) will go to BCCCPA. There are classes on Nov 17 and 24.

If you are looking for a studio to learn Pilates and Yoga, this is the one! The instructors are knowledgable and the classes are fun and safe. I had been looking for a studio to take my Yoga teacher training and had heard such encouraging things about Feel Good from other alumni and students that I signed up for their Spring RYT200. I was so impressed with Laura's teaching style and the care that she takes to make sure everyone in class is learning safe and up to date techniques that I signed up for her Pilates level 1 teacher training too! I would definitely recommend this studio as it tailors multiple classes for many different levels of student. There are so many different classes to choose from and they run 7 days a week. Yogilates changed my life!

Oh my goodness! What an amazing studio. Laura is such a great, thoughtful, brilliant teacher! She is always so kind and open hearted. She immediately made me feel at home and happy to be there when I first started the Yoga Teacher Training. Her teaching skills go up and beyond any other teacher I have had and I am so happy that I came to this specific studio to take my Yoga and Pilates Classes. I just completed my Pilates Level 1 course and am halfway through my Yoga Course, I have learned so much in these last few months! Laura is truly amazing, along with all the other teachers at Feel Good and I am so excited to go back for my Pilates Level 2. All the teachers at Feel Good are very knowledgeable and friendly. They run an amazing variety of classes which can appeal to everyone's personal needs. If you are looking for an amazing, thoughtful, high end facility, Feel Good is the place for you!

Feel Good has amazing instructors - they are all warm and friendly. The instructors are also very knowledgeable - offering lots of adjustments, modifications and energy enhancements to make your yoga practice supportive and enjoyable. This is a great place for all fitness levels. The schedule is great, offering lots of different classes at various times to meet anyone's needs. The studio is beautiful, welcoming, spacious and clean. I'm part way through the Level 1 yoga instructor training course and it is top notch! The instructor (and owner) Laura Phelps is encouraging, entertaining and teaches with such passion. The program is well planned and well organized and provides a solid foundation - intellectually and physically. I am grateful to be learning my yoga practice here and I highly recommend this studio to everyone. Definitely check this place out!!!

I've recently moved to Victoria and found Feel Good Yoga & Pilates Studio online while looking for somewhere new to study. I was blown away by the friendly and knowledgeable staff and love that the classes run all day and are flexible to fit into my daily schedule, no matter how busy I am I can always find a class time to slip onto my mat for an hour of bliss! While on the Yoga Teacher Training I've met so many like-minded friends, I've gained a deeper understanding of yoga and now feel completely at home in Victoria. Feel Good is fantastic for trying a different range of classes and have a variety of workshops throughout the year with guest instructors, which helps to introduce new styles of yoga to the community. I've really been enjoying my time with Feel Good and I hope you take the time to try them out too!

I took a very long time to decide where to take my yoga teacher training. Finally after a long search I came across Feel Good. The studio felt very inclusive and non-judgmental which is what really drew me in. I am happy I made the decision to go with Feel Good because every minute of my training has been amazing. There is a major emphasis on good body mechanics and ensuring people focus on their own practice and work within their own capabilities. All of the teachers and staff are fantastic but I absolutely love Laura; she is warm and welcoming and shares so much of her personal experiences, really adding to her lessons. I would absolutely recommend Feel Good to anyone looking for a fun, energizing, and welcoming yoga or teacher trainee experience.

Feel Good Yoga became my sanctuary a couple years ago. Everyone was always welcoming, friendly and professional. The range of classes really appealed to me and that is why I didn't look anywhere else when I decided to start my yoga/pilates teacher training. I wanted to learn a style of teaching that I loved to experience myself. Top notch!!
