What a fantastic company. We have been searching for a platform to automate some conversations with our customers on Amazon. FeedbackExpress has allowed us to communicate clearly with our customer base, and saving time for other duties. Our reviews have skyrocketed to a 14% posted feedback rate. One last thought. FeedbackExpress has fantastic service. I have not once had to wait on questions answered. When my Free Trial Period was up, I was so pleased with FeedbackExpress, I asked them to review my account to make sure I was getting all the benefits of their platform. They reviewed my account and had tips for my emails, as well as tips for my Amazon account. Seamus at FeedbackExpress was so thorough with his review of my account, he even helped me reset my logo with Amazon. Bottom line. 14% of our customers leave a five star rating with us. Our sales have ballooned because of our reviews. We even have new customers quote our reviews as they tell us, "we want one just like this."
