Fay is the EVP of National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Southern California Chapter and chairs the Chairmen’s Roundtable Series for the chapter.  Fay is a NACD Leadership Fellow 2012.   In addition, she is Chair of the American Society of Safety Engineering Foundation which protects people, property and the environment.

Fay has been selected for the 2011 NACD Directorship 100, the prestigious list of the most influential people in corporate governance and the boardroom.  2011 has been a year of recognition for Fay where she was honored as one of the 100 Women in Safety.
