Releasing our +Arta Tequila  Barrel Aged Gose today! We're also tapping a Dark Mexican Lager and will have some amazing food specials. Hope to see you out. Cheers!
When FATE Brewing Company first brewed Uror Gose in mid-July 2013 no one expected the journey it would take over the course of the next year. Gose, originally brewed in Germany, is a sour ale designed around a heavily weighted wheat grain bill and then spiced with coriander and sea salt. This traditional recipe [...]

Fate Brewing Company ----The GOLD standard of Brewing Companies…simply the standard by which all other brewing company restaurants in Boulder, in Colorado…in the U.S., need to be judged. Awesome drinks, awesome food, phenomenal atmosphere…..just a great place to come, drink, and mingle. Mike’s Manhattan is simply the king of the cocktails. Phenomenal selection of beers….. You can’t beat the Pit Boss Burger…..either. The group of bartenders here are simply the “A Team” …EVERYONE of them (Ira, Paul, Jessie, Steve, Ashley, Katie, Jackie, Lauren, Tony, etc. ) are extremely professional , personable..and everyone of them genuinely care about the people they are taking care of. The Managers are simply at the top of their game…namely Dave and Ben. They ensure a smoothly run operation from the bar to the dining area…..you can’t ask for better bar/restaurant leadership. My hats off to the chefs and everyone in the kitchen area...you can't ask for better food! The whole team is the reason why my wife and I practically live at this place...they make Fate, together with their awesome menu and atmosphere, a great place to have fun. Don’t ever change, guys…you’re Perfect!

I am not going to waste my time writing a long review.. Short and sweet. Server with green hair is rude and looked like she'd rather be somewhere else. Food is okay but not for the money. Manager was way cool though. I don't think I'll be back for the food. The beer is good too!

horrible disrespectful staff. food wasn't cooked to order. Elisa or whatever her name is. she was rude and uneducated on anything. owner doesn't seem to have a clue how to run a restaurant. kitchen staff blared there annoying south of the border music. not a fun place to go. never going back there.

This is my favorite place in Boulder. Their food is amazing.... I normally get the Trifecta Burger. Their beer is always great. I think they produce better IPA's and pale ales than Avery does 100%. It is hard to find a place with amazing beer and amazing food but this place nails it!

My wife had the Caprese sandwich with pastrami, I had the pastrami Reuben. We tried the flight of handcrafted beers. The freshness of the ingredients, paired with the delicious smokey taste of the pastrami, smoked on site, near perfect. The baked beans and red corn grits, nice different original sides.

Brought a group of 10 here for my wife's birthday on a slow Sunday night. Our waitress, Elise, was unfriendly and seemed genuinely unhappy to be serving a larger group. She started off our night by telling our 78 yr old dinner guest, who had forgotten his ID, that the manager would have to come out to confirm that he was over 21 before he got a beer. I understand that ID'ing everyone is probably company policy, but a little common sense goes a long way. After that, she was downright surly with us for the rest of the night. Following dinner we wanted to hang out and have another beer. Elise, however, was ready for us to leave. She had stopped refilling our waters long before we were done eating, and didn't bother asking if we'd like anything else before bringing our check prematurely. She was clearly not pleased when we told her that we planned to stick around. The entire night, I got the feeling that she was angry with us. Other than the resentful and irritated staff, the food was mediocre and overpriced. My $14 Cuban sandwich was small and cold. The beer was good, but not worth the experience. There are plenty other breweries around Boulder with great beer, and who's staff is pleasant and appreciative of your patronage.

This place is great. Good food and good beer. And the food isn't just bar food either. You can get a nice salad or sandwhich. They always have something interesting on tap too.

Food is a little over priced but very delicious. There was no extra charge for subbing a side salad and my Cuban sandwich was yummy. The coffee IPA rivals for my favorite beer of all time. I got a growler of it because it was so amazing. I will be back no doubt.
