I've been a Fandango customer since 2009. I missed a movie for which I purchased tickets from Fandango, because my son became sick before we got to the theater. I tried to submit a refund request, but missed the window by 1 min. I immediately contacted customer service. They are difficult to reach, then she was rude to me, and unwilling to make an exception. I'm moving to Atom tickets. Good riddance Fandango!
