Our Facebook friends gave wise words about buying a home. We're passing them on.
*We asked our social media followers to give us their best home buying advice. Here’s what they said:* Kev Otto says “Don't over extend yourself. Unexpected things happen, and you need any extra to cover those things” ...”start small and move up. You don't need to have it all the first time around. #financialliteracymonth”

Since moving to Rock Hill almost 3 years ago Family Trust has been great anytime we needed assistance. Our debit card has been hacked 3 times in the last 2 years and they have been right on top of the problem immediately. The online services are very convenient and secure. I am also treasurer for a local service club who banks at Family Trust. I go in once a month with a large deposit and the tellers are always very helpful and accurate. Family Trust gives you small town service and very friendly.

Have been with them for years. When it comes to lending it's who you know. Me and my one of my best friends both applied for loans credit scores about the the same hers a little lower than mine. I had to jump through hoops and she didn't. Her account was only a year old. I ended up joining another credit union to get what I needed. I was very disappointed.
