Capt. Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger, said Sunday people should not jump to conclusions about what happened to Egypt Air flight 804. "In many walks of life it's just human nature to shoot from the hip or jump to conclusions, but in safety-critical domains like aviation ... it's the evidence, facts, that we must rely on," Sullenberger said in an interview on CBS' "Face the Nation."
Sullenberger, the pilot who successfully landed a 2009 flight in the Hudson, talked about the crash causes that are "on the table"

Remembering Morley Safer -- "Face the Nation" moderator John Dickerson remembers CBS News 60 Minutes Correspondent Morley Safer, who died earlier this week. His reports were wry and human, always taking a sideways look at life. As a Vietnam reporter he'd been on the front lines-- shot at more than once—interviewing young, frightened soldiers moments before they were killed. The reporter who had witnessed death close-up had a special knack for celebrating life. He will be missed. Morley Safer was 84. http://cbsn.ws/1WJ2Jwx
