I might be a newbie in Google matters (not really, I've been here for the past 5 years, maybe more), but I have one thing or two to say about the new #inboxbygmail  .

1. First of all: guys, where are my signatures? I know, maybe this is an old-fashioned thing, but really, at least in my job it is important to have a signature, containing your name, a link to a website you own, maybe a telephone number. On Gmail I have different signatures for each of my emails (one for college, another for social networks, the ones I have on my job...), and once I started using this, they disappeared. And c'mon, I won't type my signature every time I write down an email.

2. Grouping messages by sender is terrible for some users (like me), because I may miss messages among old things, skip important things because there are too much messages in chain. Making an option to disable this feature as you did in Gmail would be cool. But to be honest, I don't even hope for that, you know? You guys didn't do this to Gmail apps for Android, making me use another app to manage my accounts.

3. Grouping my messages by subject IS CREEPY. You guys are just proving to have full access to my privacy! Your systems are reading my messages and classifying them based on what they find! Don't you guys have enough information about us? I'm pretty sure people on Google know more about me and my life than myself.

So guys, be careful!

Silent Treatment Abuse Is A Relationship Killer

We all understand that fighting isn't good for a relationship. So the opposite, the silent treatment, should be good, right? Wrong. That's silent treatment abuse.

A lot of couples tell me in counseling that they don't fight and they see that as a good thing. I don't. Withholding emotions (silent treatment) isn't healthy, just like not controlling emotions (fighting) isn't healthy.

Many partners punish their partner with silent treatment abuse. Yes, the silent treatment is abuse. It causes damaging chemical reactions in our brains, which lead to harmful thoughts and feelings.

Silent treatment abuse is a relationship killer. Let's start calling the silent treatment what it is, abuse. Please help let the secret out.
