Finally a post install summary/plan for both average and power users! Very complete and comprehensive post!

I already knew most if not all of these post install actions but it really helps to have them all written down like this, especially with the PPA's listed.

I usually install whatever I can remember and then over time install on a need to use basis which can sometimes be annoying if you want to get something done quickly.

+WebUpd8 is the best! Thanks guys!

Whatever happened to proper Photosphere stitching? The built in Android (Nexus) camera used to do a great job at this.. This one was made with the new Play store camera app and I made sure not to move an inch while rotating.

I've shot almost 150 of these before and gotten pretty good at it it I may say so myself.

This one was my first one with the new Camera and quite frankly.. I'm not impressed. What happened??

  • Sanoma | NU.nl
    Front-end Developer, 2012 - present
Nu.nl is the leading digital news brand in The Netherlands. My tasks here vary from creating simple HTML and CSS layouts to building entire front-ends using Django's powerful template engine. This business moves fast so I'm always expected to be on top of latest developments. It feels great knowing there's such a big audience enjoying our brand on a daily basis.
  • Websaurus
    Founder, 2011 - present
Websaurus is the brand I use for my webhosting activities. I have always been a passionate Linux user and over the years have gathered quite some knowledge about it's capabilities. I started looking into setting up web servers, simple LAMP stacks to begin with and later on some more advanced configurations. One day I just figured.. why not offer hosting as a service to my clients? After all, I've built their websites from concept to design to the actual product. Why not host it and go full-service. This turned out to be a great idea and I founded Websaurus to give it a name and face. I now also offer standalone hosting.

  • Sanoma Media | AutoWeek
    Web Designer/Developer, 2010 - 2012
At Sanoma Media I am responsible for mainly two titles, those being AutoWeek and Formule1. It is my job to design and develop parts and/or the entire front-end for these large websites. Occasionally I do some back-end work on mainly php (CakePHP) powered sites but I'm also digging into Python (Django) as this will become the new standard around here.
  • Albert Heijn
  • In de Vingers
    Designer/Developer, 2008 - 2010
My job at In de Vingers consists of a variety of different tasks. I'm mainly the web designer and front-end developer around here. But It's quite common I'm working on graphic designs (print media) as well. At In de Vingers everyone is supposed to know a bit of everything. This is mainly due to the fact that we're a small business with lots of ambitions.

Getting Things Done: How to achieve stress-free productivity
market.android.com

Is your workload overwhelming? Does it just keep mounting up while your stress levels reach fever pitch? In Getting Things Done David Allen

The last few times I went to eat at Wonders I sadly had to conclude that the quality seems to be dropping rapidly. Almost every vegetarian dish has disappeared or otherwise replaced with a non-equally tasteful alternative dish. If you're a vegetarian you'd probably be better off somewhere else. They have some nice veggie dishes occasionally though but the selection has been stripped down to a great amount. However, these dishes used to be of extremely high quality and very tasteful. Sadly quality has dropped to a point that I probably won't be eating there anytime soon. I sure hope they get their act together because I used to love this place. The atmosphere is very relaxed and service is very good. Also if you're not a veggie they have plenty of dishes to choose from that I bet will meet your taste. I Recommend to try for yourself, it's a decent place.

Me and my girlfriend spent a long week (9 days) at the Twin Palms Motel and we were very happy with the (newly remodeled) room, facilities and especially the service. The staff is extremely helpful and the price is very competitive. We originally planned to stay only four days to visit Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and Universal Studio's (all within reasonable proximity) but ended up staying for five more days because we liked the Brea and Fullerton area. If you're going to visit the Disney parks and such.. this is your place. I'd stay here again if I'd be in the neighborhood. Definitely two thumbs up!

We took the City Tour and loved it. Our guide 'Chris' was one funny guy. He told us lots of fun and interesting facts about San Francisco. It was well worth the money. If you have limited time to see the city then this is definitely the way to go.
