The Thanksgiving holiday is one of the busiest travel times of the year, and more vehicles on the roadways means potential for more crashes and more fatalities.
Wearing a seat belt is the single most effective way to save your life and the lives of your loved ones while on the road this Thanksgiving.
With the Thanksgiving Holiday upon us, the Fairfield Police Department intends to promote safe driving and increase the protection of all motorists who travel through the Town of Fairfield. Fairfield Police Officers will be out on roadways throughout our town enforcing the State Occupant Protection laws and issuing citations to those who are unbuckled.
