You need some Slipknot on there. Now, I know that may not be your cup of tea, but when I am trying to get that last rep in, I find a good scream helps. I like using all kinds of music though. Do the Spice Girls really amp up your workout? If you think it will benefit me let me know. Also, am I on the right fitness magazine page? I checked out your website and it seems that if this was a social gathering, I may make some people feel uncomfortable.
