Any savings you'll find will easily be lost in the frustration with their shipping practices. Ordered an entertainment center on July 2nd, and since, have been told there was a delay at the manufacturer twice, that it was guaranteed to go out the week of the 26th , that didn't happen. Then another delay to which I was told it would be guaranteed be on a truck last Thursday the 18th to which I find that it never picked up, they use a company that only picks up on Thursdays and that even the shipping co had no idea why it didn't pick up. Today I call and now the story is again it's guaranteed to go out Thursday for maybe a Friday delivery or latest Monday after they ship it to a local dealer to then schedule delivery. So 2 months before you get your item. NOT WORTH IT! UPDATE 8/26--- SURPRISE....never got a call back with shipping info and the shipping manager is on vacation and he's the one that handles it. Some guarantee right?. Apparently no one else there is capable of it. The furniture company apparently never got a carrier to deliver it. Now at over 8 weeks another person guarantees me that they will ship themselves and I will receive a call Monday...... Logic states why not do this in the first place to enhance customer satisfaction and better business practices?

We bought a love seat from Fig online...it just came today ..It was well packed. Delivery date was a bit longer then we were first told. It was a week late but so far it was worth the wait. We saved over $250 for the same love seat we looked at in our local furniture. I give them 3 out of 5 stars.

We ordered a bar from Fig stores. Price was fantastic. We had some issues with the bar and Fig Stores made sure that everything got fixed properly. It took 6 months, but the great people at Fig Stores never gave up on getting it fixed. We love our bar and the people at Fig Stores are the best!!!!

Biggest rip off ever!!! Cheap man made leather, certainly not the quality that this company describes. I even had a swatch sent to my home to verify the quality. The swatch is the same color, but not material that my sofa came with. THIS IS NOT A QUALITY COMPANY. THE LEATHER IS FAKE even though I ordered the highest leather this company says they offer. The back of my couch isn't even FAKE leather. It's a cheap plastic material that easily rips. Cushions do not hold up. Company will not stand behind any sale. Once you order, they say it is custom made therefor they won't offer any refund or return. Even when the sofa is a fake!

Hello Lorri, if you are having an issue with your order that was delivered back in 2014 then please let us know. We can be contacted at repairs@figstores.com. We have not received any requests or inquiries from you about these issues. The products you received is Top Grain Leather everywhere you sit and of course on the sides and back the material is Ultra Hide which is a combination of Polyurethane and Polyester. The products would have been double the price if they were produced in full leather. This is a custom made product as you did select the Material and Recline Options for the product and it clearly states that right at the top of the cancellation policy that these orders cannot be cancelled after 24 Hours. The manufacturers do stand behind the products that they sell and produce and I am sure if you let us know that you are having issues that we could most likely resolve them for you if the piece is defective. Again, email repairs@figstores.com for help. Thank you!

I purchase a bedroom set for $2,600 and it was a total rip off. I waited serval months for them to rectify the problem since they claim to be a Christian base store and was working on the it... but that was a big mistake, stupid me. I called today and the manger Mark Newton told me (without telling me) that they are not going to do anything about it because I singed a work order (again stupid me trusting people) But I have learned that when you record conversations and keep emails things will be in your favor. God will prevail the evil actions of this situation and FigStores will pay for its wrong doing. I would have given the no stars but unfortunately you cannot rate 0

We did assist you with the resolution of the repair needed on your dresser. The technician repaired the dresser to brand new condition as the only thing wrong were the drawer glides on one drawer. He inspected every drawer on the dresser and showed you in person that every drawer was up to standards besides 1 drawer. He exchanged the drawer glides on that drawer with brand new glides. That resolved the issue and you signed off on the technicians report when he clearly wrote on it that item is up to manufacturer specs. He also provided us with pictures in his report showing that the item was up to standards. Then you contacted us 13 days after the repair to state that a different drawer broke. This was customer caused damage and yet we still are having the manufacturer send you replacement drawer glides as we never stop helping our customers. We have done all we can to resolve your issues and your comments above are not representing our company in a truthful manner. We are sorry that you feel that way. Have a great day.

We were honestly a little nervous about buying our couch from Figstores, having never heard of them before. But they beat the price of our local Best Home dealer by nearly $1000 on the sectional we wanted, and knowing it was going to be custom-made by the manufacturer regardless of who we went through, we decided to take a chance. The couch shipped nearly a month after their estimate. They do tell you that it's an estimate, but you should be aware that it can be way off. Be patient if you decide to order. This likely wasn't Figstores' fault in our case, as it was a custom build by the manufacturer. Figstores could have done a better job with updating me, however. I finally reached out to them a week after the estimated ship date because the date hadn't changed and I hadn't heard anything about where things were at. Their revised date was also off but closer. They did reach out to me a few days before the couch shipped to verify contact info and let me know the confirmed ship date from the manufacturer. I was also rather nervous on the delivery because I'd read some so-so reviews on that. We paid for the white glove service. They work with a company called Last Mile Home who contracts out local delivery services. In our case, the company who actually delivered to us (in the Boston area) was a BBB member and the delivery guys were excellent. Our couch is perfect and we couldn't be happier.

I inquired about a sectional sofa on 1/25/2016, I found one I liked on their website, but wanted a color that was not an option. Fig contacted American furniture and would be able to get me the direction and color I wanted. I ordered on 1-26-16, sofa left the manufacture on 2-10 (within their estimated ship date) Sofa arrived to my home on 2-25. The sofa traveled from Mississippi to Oregon. I was offered tracking information and could see the progress. I am very pleased with how everything went. Would purchase from them again. Keith
