On Oct. 25, 2000, Richard and Darlene Stoff held the Grand Opening for Family KIA of St. Augustine at 2665 U.S. 1 South. With that opening, came the pledge that the dealership would be your "Home of the Red Carpet Treatment."

Almost fourteen years later, the Stoffs continue that commitment with the family-owned and operated Family KIA. This dealership is awesome! Cody is a knowledgeable salesperson that can answer any question you have! I like that he is no nonsense and easy going. :) Car buying is fun and easy here! Take a Sorento for a test drive! You won't regret it!

My husband and I went to look at the Kia Soul and we were greeted by Charles Friscia ! He was kind and wanted to help us, but he understood what we needed, he made the car buying process simple and a little fun! So now my husband and I own two new Kia souls and we love them!

I live quite a distance from Family Kia & really wasn't up for making a long drive for a new Kia. But after speaking with Karen, I really enjoyed her "no pressure" & her honest, up front demeanor. I am SO glad I decided to make the drive to St. Augustine! I got a great deal on the car I wanted, was treated like family & everyone I encountered was super friendly & helpful! I will never buy a car anywhere else & would encourage anyone to take the time to make the drive! Closer isn't always better! Thank you Family Kia & especially Karen Moreira!

I can't say enough about the staff and service that I have received over the years from Family Kia. Wayne Acosta and Jeff truly care about their clients needs and their satisfaction. I've been buying cars from them for several years and will continue to go back. I've enjoyed myself so much that I occaisonally stop in to have a cup of coffee and check on them. The entire staff welcomes clients with open arms and treats you like family.

I have purchased several cars in my lifetime, but the car buying experience with Mr. Bobby Mosley was the most appreciative. Mr. Mosley was quite polite and professional. He went out of his way to give me the best deal on a new sedan without any hidden fees. Most dealerships WILL LIE just to make a sale, but Mr. Mosley was honest and considerate of my budget. He took me through each step that he was taking to make sure I could get the deal that I deserve. I will pass the word along about my incredible buying experience with Family Kia and Mr. Bobby Mosley! Keep up the great work!

I bought a new Kia Rio in 2012. At 80k miles, the motor threw a rod. Kia took over 48 hours to decide whether or not they were going to provide me a rental car under warrantee, so I ended up borrowing a friend's car. The service department stated the repair would take a day, and they took a week. When I got the car back, I made it half way to work, and the car began rattling really bad. I had one of our mechanics take a look it at work, and he found several bolts were not secured, and several other bolts were missing. The radio also never came on after getting the car back. I had my mechanic tighten the bolts, and I had my girlfriend bring the car back in to finish the repairs. The service team made her wait two hours, with an appointment, just to tell her that the car was fine, but the radio would cost $450 to replace, as it was not repairable. I had my mechanic take another look at it, and he said the radio was a blown fuse. He changed it, and the radio is now working. Family Kia of Saint Augustine is a crooked outfit. Hell, they even charged me for an oil change and spark plugs (which should've came with the new motor), and told me my almost brand new tires will need to be changed by the time i get my next oil change. I will never buy another vehicle from this company, nor will I bring another vehicle here to be serviced. Buyers beware

Hello, we are sorry you did not feel you had a positive experience during your recent visit. We do our best to get our customers in and out as quickly as possible but apologize if you felt we should have been able to diagnose , get approval from Kia Motors ( which would be required on a major repair especially maintenance records, since your vehicle had over 80k miles and we had not performed an oil change since 38k miles) order and install an engine in a one day period. We have to follow required steps to get approval and are happy that we were able to get your engine replaced at no charge under your power train warranty. If we did anything in error , please accept our apology , please let us know as we would like to help in anyway possible. When you brought the vehicle in 9 days later there was no mention of this rattle that you state occurred or bolts being tightened or replaced. We did note on your repair order on your return visit and advised you of the entire undercarriage being covered in mud and sand and multiple areas of damage from outside influence that developed since your vehicle was first picked up.. Since you declined all the repairs needed to the damaged components we hope you have had your mechanic repair/replace these items for you. We regret that we were unable to resolve your concerns amicably as people should do . I am sorry you feel its necessary to post negative statements on reviews when things do not go as you feel they should, we regret that we were unable to satisfy you and wish you well. We hope you and your family have a great 4th of July.
