Save 1 hour to test center each exam. Taking test in-home increases my scores. No stress!

I haven't had a horrible experience with using this service. However, there is sometimes a barrier in understanding the proctors, don't they employ anyone that doesn't have an accent? Impressions I would have after taking so many tests is that this company outsources everything to either India, or Pakistan somewhere in that part of the world.

From a student user perspective - ABSOLUTELY@#)(&(!* HORRIBLE!!! First of all, english as a second language! When someone is already stressed out over a final exam, the last thing they want to deal with is people who can't speak english. Couple the fact that Examity has the "power" to cancel your test, and force you to take it at another time is ridiculous. Because I didn't know what my "security questions" were, they cancelled my test... but told me I could reschedule after I reviewed the questions... which I did right in front of them... after arguing with their customer support (In India), they said I would get a call back to reschedule immediately. That never happened. First impression - this company is joke and should not be used if a school truly wants a stress-free test taking environment for their students.

Overall a piss poor company. I had an original test date scheduled, and upon needing to change that test date it was done fairly simply...little did I know they charged my credit card twice, although only 1 test had been taken. I called in to try and get refunded, sure they said, just provide exact documentation and screen shots and the email confirmations and they would refund me within two weeks,,,nobody has time for games like that. Terrible company, not recommended for test taking proctoring services

Student perspective: I had no issues taking my test, I scheduled without any problems and was able to take it at 4am when I got home. I would have had to have taken my test in a lecture hall with 125 other students if I had not been able to use examity and that gives me more than a little anxiety. Thanks for being convenient!

Terrible customer service, rude to anyone who has questions, and why is it so difficult to find people who can properly proctor an exam in English? I'm sorry, but language barriers during a test shouldn't be a factor.
