SEO is not an overnight process and you must understand this going in to it. Our experience was stressful to begin with as you have to place a lot of money and trust into something that's not tangible and often takes at least 12 months to see results. You will be warned of this and please take it on board. Years on and we are at the forefront of our competitors and cannot recommend Eweb enough, we now simply trust them to lead the way. You must be patient with SEO its not an overnight process and I don't believe for a moment other customers invested 20k without results. You don't become as successful as eweb by not delivering results, its pretty simple. You get what you pay for and despite us being a very small customer with very low budgets eweb have always accommodated us and treated us with the utmost respect. I have been an eweb client for a number of years. Bottom line, they get results, and do so consistently. I have found many companies in seo, and marketing in general, make all sorts of promises, but aren’t prepared to back them, and never achieve them. Eweb set in place detailed plans, then deliver on them to bring results. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and take a real interest in your business, partnering with you to achieve your goals.

The business and office are great. It like a smaller Google the business has a TV's and air hockey for chilling out at and open floor plan for its work spaces. It wish I could work for this place it would be a great opportunity.

I loved the free monthly seminars/webinars that E-web held for business owners, they were very helpful. It is always beneficial networking with other business owners. I do not know any other web marketing company that does this. Their office is fun and unique, it was awarded one of the top places to work in Australia.

Timeframes were not met, no delivery of work scoped, poor quality of work that was delivered and very poor service delivery. After a very promising sales pitch it was a very disappointing outcome.

they suck. I'm pretty sure they outsourced everything. I stopped using them after six months because I didn't see a change in serps and I actually got LESS traffic when I was paying them to do it than when I did my own SEO.
