Keeping people confused, keeps people disempowered and vulnerable to making choices that are not in their best interest, and living with the illusion that they are doing okay. Consider this stat from the article below: About 90% of people claim they consume a healthy diet, yet only about 3% follow basic healthy guidelines, and about 0.5% follow basic nutrition guidelines (i.e. eating enough fruits and vegetables!!!!)

If you live your life and make your choices based on claims you hear around, including the latest "scientific study says..." you might want to rethink that approach. Lots of distractions all around, and very little core truth and value. Look instead to timeless wisdom, which is found in the intelligence of nature and your body. To trust and follow the innate wisdom of your body though, you first have to clean up and clean out your mind and body. Why is it so hard for people to talk peacefully and amicably about different dietary patterns in our world today, like those which involve animal-based versus plant-based or raw-based foods? Because we are not seeing and/or dealing with the complete picture. We have to understand that it is not just about the physical and chemical factors of food and human biology, but energetic and spiritual factors too, which underlie our entire essence and that of life itself. Most meat eaters cannot comprehend not eating meat, until and unless they raise or something raises their energetic frequency. People who try being a raw vegan for the wrong reasons and then blame it for nearly "killing them" are often not vibrationally, not to mention informationally, ready or aligned for such a diet.

Meat and animal foods, fried and refined foods are low vibration, dense substances, void of life energy. Wholesome plant foods, especially raw, fresh plant foods, are high vibration, light substances, full of life energy.

So while the right education and information must be considered along this journey, the right state of being, spiritual and energetic alignment must be as well. For example, it is wise and possible for a yogi who dedicates most of their life to meditation and stillness to live off fruit and/or water and/or breath, but not for a suburban parent. The same way someone who is deeply entrenched in the corporate or material world, or who leads a high stress lifestyle, is not going to thrive on raw vegan foods. However transitioning to those foods, as part of a dietary lifestyle, has the potential to positively influence the rest of their life, where all of a sudden all the choices that used to make sense in the past, no longer do, and they seek a different way of life. (Please note: This does not mean that all yogis don't/can't eat animal or cooked foods or that all corporate people don't/can't eat raw plant foods. It is NOT what we DO, as much as what we ARE at the most authentic state of our being.)

Below is an image that helps to summarize some of this. Generally speaking, as we move from left to right, our diet, entire lifestyle and state of being reflects our energetic frequency.
