We booked the VIP service. John the driver picked us up and was our best friend from the get go. He was so personable. It made the drive to the park that much more enjoyable. We got to the park, he got our tickets and off we went. the tour took us to some great locations in the glades. Our captain was knowledgeable about the places we went to and we were fortunate enough to see two gators and some cool birds that we don't normally see in Dallas. The gator show with Chris was excellent as well. He was very good and entertaining. We did the gift shop and stopped over at the nice lady with the snakes and such. Then John was there to pick us up and brought us right back to the hotel. Excellent outing.

Terrible service from concession. Didn't even start order until after waiting half an hour and after another half hour wait food was nearly frozen... an hour for a frozen hotdog. Airboat was alright but there are certainly others in the area better.

I've been here several times over the course of my life. I've never had a bad time and it's important to remember that the air boat ride isn't about alligators, it's about the everglades. On my most recent trip the tour operator was entertaining and my girlfriend had a great time. If you're not from around South Florida it's a great spot to take in the wildlife and I recommend it for any first time visitor. The gator show is entertaining but I skipped it on this trip. If it's cold out dress warm, it gets quite chilly when you're flying through the everglades on an open boat.

The best experience you can have down here in South Florida, The best airboats around town and the best gator wrestling show presented by the gator boys. I would recommend this place to everyone. It is a must do when your in town.

This place is totally not worth the trip. The only nice guy was the captain of our boat. They talk about preserving the everglades yet the boats are super loud and run on 2 Cadillac engines. How user friendly is that?? We did not see any alligators just a few birds. The man who did the show which you could hardly see was obnoxious. For example, he was very degrading to women. Saying how a delinquent alligator is like his brother's girlfriend. They keep coming back unless you put them in a home or you kill them. Talked about how bitter older women were. A few sexual comments so over all not really family friendly. The kid holding the baby alligator which you could also hold was practically throwing it in people's arms. Nothing nice about that. Plus I heard him make extremely rude and arrogant comments to other customers. I have been to several of these parks especially in Louisiana which were amazing and informative. This place absolutely was the absolute worst. I was incredibly disappointed.

Air boat not so great. They cover a small area, only got to see two small alligators and some birds. The staff is friendly and very professional, the boat captain gave his best for a good tour but like I said, too small area covered, too few crocs. The show was good, not great, but it's fair to say it was good. Can't say it was a bad experience but I was expecting more

Did an excursion here after disembarking a cruise. We took a tour of the everglades and watched the "gator boys" alligator show. Unfortunately it was a cooler day so the alligators weren't out when we toured the everglades, so there wasn't much to see. Also, it was difficult to hear the guide as the engine of the boat was extraordinarily loud and the speaker system wasn't loud enough to compensate for the engine noise. I don't think I'd take another boat tour of the everglades, but the Alligator show was the best! Paul (the man featured in the photo) was the star of the show. He gives great info about the alligator rescue facility while keeping you laughing and fully entertained. They also let you hold a baby alligator at the end for $5. Gator done!
