What can I say. I have purchased 11 vehicles in the last 20 years at this dealership. They make purchasing a vehicle an exciting and rewarding experience. Automobile buying can be mentally taxing, and stressful. Not here, Everything is explained perfectly, and the process could not have been any smoother. Both Conrad and Tom were employees that I had not dealt with before. I will certainly do business with them again. Their professionalism, ability to put a prospective buyer at ease, and get them in the vehicle of their choice was extraordinary. They are to be commended for their work. I see no reason to buy a vehicle anywhere else but here.

Conrad went far,far above and beyond what I could have ever imagined a salesperson could or should be and do. He worked endlessly to give us different options to get us to our price point and in the type of vehicle we wanted. He was beyond considerate, helpful and professional. The entire team at Everette were genuinely kind and helpful and patiently answered all of our questions. We recently visited another dealership........they don't hold a candle to Everette Chevrolet!

I took my car to Everett Chevrolet on June 15th for repairs to the driver side door and corner panel of my 2013 Buick Verano. I was told the repairs would take three days to complete. I was also told that all of the loaner cars they provide are newer models with less than 3000 miles. I received a 2012 Buick Regal that smelled like wet dog and and almost 70,000 miles. There was popcorn on the floor and anything I touched in the car left a black tarry substance on my hand. I signed the contract saying that I would return it with a full tank of gas, but when they gave the car to me it had just over a quarter of a tank. (You're welcome for the extra $30 in gas that I gave you Everett) My experience of getting my car repaired was negative since the second day. They removed one of the windows and left me car out in the rain during a thunderstorm on June 16th. On June 19th (a day after is was supposed to be completed) I contacted Everett via their online chat to see when my car was going to be completed, I was told by Anne Ray (Who doesn't exist, or is just completely unknown at the dealership) that someone would contact me Saturday mourning (the fifth day) as soon as the dealership opened. I didn't receive a call so I went to the dealership around 3 p.m. to pick up my car. They said that my repairs were completed on Friday but the body shop was closed to I had to wait until Monday (the seventh day) to pick it up. I tried to take it home but "Billy" one of the body shop employee's told me there was a lot of compound on the car and I cant clean it myself, it is a very hard substance to get off. They let me trade in the garbage smelling Buick and let me use a 2015 Acadia for the weekend. (this is the only thing I am grateful for and also the only reason I am not reporting my experience to the BBB) On Monday, June 22, I was finally able to pick up my car. As I started driving home I noticed a large piece of foam that was on my passenger side floor. Once I arrived home I noticed a nice little gouge on the interior of my rear passenger door, it was about 1 inch long and about as thick as the head of a ballpoint pen. I could tell the damage was recent because the plastic was still curling away from it and I could see shavings on my seat. I took it back to Everett and they said it would be a 4 hour repair and I would be able to pick up my car the next day. On Tuesday, June 23 (The eighth day), I was finally able to pick up my car. Upon inspection I noticed that their was a decent amount of compound that was not cleaned from my rear passenger seat and rear passenger seat belt. Since I was told by "Billy" that this was a very had substance to clean and it will not just rinse off with soap and water I went back into the body shop to let them know about the situation. I also asked what the foam insert that was left on my front passenger seat was from and they told me that it was the reinforcement for the bumper and they FORGOT to put it back when they repaired my car but they assure me that it there now. After that "Billy" came out with a spray bottle and rag and cleaned the compound off of the seat. This difficult substance to remove from the car was removed by just a spray bottle and a rag. I feel insulted that "Billy" didn't think I could clean it myself. Once I got home I noticed more compound on the front driver side door, I cleaned it myself. Kristina Stewart the sent me a "fill in the blank" email on June 24th that asked me if I had any questions concerning what I inquired about. I asked her why I didn't receive a call Saturday mourning like I was told, How they can run a professional body shop and forget to put a large piece of the car back onto the car, and how they could damage the interior of my car and wait for me to notice it rather than immediately repair it. On June 25th Tina Lynch the customer care manager for Everette Chevrolet contacted me and said that I would be hearing from either her or the body shop manager regarding the incident. It is now June 27th and I still haven't received a reply.

I just recently leased a 2015 GMC terrain through Everett Chevrolet. I was courteously called and reminded about my free oil change and tire rotation. I was connected to Service and spoke with Tommy Gossett.He brought me in that very evening and I didn't have to wait long. It is always a great pleasure to deal with Everett Chevrolet GMC!

SERVICE! SERVICE! SERVICE! Are the words to describe JR Wells, Kamby Lewis & Jamie. The best and quickest purchase in my 40 years of car ownership. Found the car I wanted on Autotrader and sent a request for info after 9 pm Thursday and JR Wells responded back stating he would contact me in the morning. JR call me at 9am Friday and I completed the loan application and Kamby Lewis called me back by noon telling me everything was approved. I scheduled a 2 pm Sat pickup. I live in Raleigh, NC, which is a 4 hr. drive to Hickory, NC. Stopped by U-Haul to pick up a car trailer, which is less than a mile from the dealer. I texted JR I would be there within 5 min and when I pulled on the lot, JR met me and showed mew where to park for easy loading. Kamby had all the paperwork ready, JR went over the Certified Car Warranties and services included and introduced me to Jamie. Jamie discussed all the paperwork and provided me with my signed copies. JR gave me the keys and he had the OnStar ready for me to assign my pin. From Start to finish was 1 hr. and 15 min. Would have been quicker, but Jamie had to finish a previous sale. If you ever need a car, it will be worth the travel to Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac no matter how far and ask for JR Wells! GM designers did their homework; I was T-Boned at 55+ mph in the driver’s side of my 2011 Volt and I walked away with some sore ribs. Therefore, I bought a 2012 Volt. If your current vehicle does not have side and curtain airbags, you need to trade!!!!

Conrad was able to help me get approved even with my not so good credit. This is the second time I have worked with him and just like the first time, he is very knowledgeable. He went with me to the bank to help me talk to the finance manager, it took a while but Smith helped me get the car I wanted at a very great price! If you want an enthusiastic, professional, and hard working salesman, who will listen to you and work with you for you I personally recommend Condrad.

They refuse to fix a leak on my 2012 duramax Ive had it there 5 times and they said it is seaping wich is leaking also they failed to refill my front differential with oil also have a bad gear oil smell in the cab while driving they told me the front diff needs fluid change it has been done twice I wld exspect better service from gm on such a expensive truck I've bought 2 cars from everitte and all my service work is done there they no longer have my business
