This was a great video! Thank you so much! My husband was unable to change the tire before he left to work today, and I had to be in town too. This video helped me know exactly where to put the jack and how to get the spare down! I have to say, it was fun! :D Thanks so much for posting this!
My worst costumer service experience was in Walmart. I went there to buy fabric for my toddler who has sensory issues. The only store in my town that sells this fabric is Walmart. So I go to buy some to make him a blanket for his birthday. I walk up to the fabric cutting station and ring the bell and wait. No one comes.... I waited for about 20 minutes ringing the bell. I really needed this fabric. So it had been about 30 minutes of waiting and ringing the bell when I finally called and asked to speak to a manager. I was redirected to the manager who I said she would be right there to cut the fabric for me. I understand people are busy. So I waited about 15 more minutes. Nothing. I called again. They said someone would be right there. I waited another 15 minutes. My son's birthday was the next day, so I was hell bent on getting the fabric. I called a final time and said, "If no one is here in 10 minutes I will cut my own fabric." They said someone would be right there. I waited 15 minutes, they didn't come, so I went ahead and cut my fabric and labeled the price on it. I was so frustrated with that service. But since then I learned how to use the pricing gun, so next time I won't bat an eye if no one comes. Nearly 2 hours later, and I had the fabric to make the blanket that my son loves. NO thanks to the customer service of walmart!
