Sobriety checkpoints. Are they a violation of the fourth amendment which prohibits unreasonable search and seizures?  The answer is "no."  The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Michigan Dept. of State Police v. Sitz, in 1990, that sobriety checkpoints do not violate the 4th amendment.  Do you agree?  Weigh in!   #sobrietycheckpoints

The Superior Court's decision in State v. O'Neill holds that in a New Jersey DWI case, anything other than an unequivocal "Yes" to submitting to breath testing may be deemed a refusal.  An experienced NJ DWI lawyer can help you fight your DWI charge and or refusal.  #njdwilawyer
