This week I've been looking at wake-up lights, a potentially effective way to wake up a little easier in the winter. Research suggests that people wake up more gently, happier and are more productive during the day. If you find it hard to roll out of bed when it's still dark outside, you might find it an interesting idea.

Medical advice states roughly how many hours you need to sleep. But you can also work out exactly how much with a sleep diary.

Does worrying, anxiety, stress or a busy mind keep you awake at night? If so, you might like to try mindfulness.

It's fast becoming a very popular way to help you find peace at night, with plenty of scientific evidence to back up its effectiveness.

I've tried it myself, and found it very useful. Take a look if you need something new to try and help you unwind and get to sleep.

Introduction
Hi there,

My name is Ethan, and I'm the creator of the website No Sleepless Nights. I'm a full-time blogger/writer and part-time insomniac.

I started No Sleepless Nights partly because I enjoyed writing about sleep topics, and partly because I enjoy helping others.

What I love about the site is the way readers have naturally come together to help each other deal with some of the stranger sleep disturbances.

Where science doesn't have all the answers, people have been sharing their own ideas of what helps, providing fascinating and useful advice on topics such as hypnic jerks or sleep paralysis.

If you're reading this, I hope you'll stay in touch one way or another. And if you have any interesting ideas about improving your quality of sleep, or just feel like sharing your story or getting some advice, I'll always have time to talk to you.

See you around
Ethan

I like this cinema because it has original language films. Just to correct the previous reviewer though, it's not the only one in Sevilla that does that - nervion plaza cinema also does. But I prefer this one for its local feel.

These guys were absolutely fantastic in a moment of panic and desperation. I spilled a coffee all over my new laptop, found these guys online near my place and took it in to see if they could help. They told me they would take it apart, clean it and dry it out that day and then tell me if there was any permanent damage. A few hours later I received a message and photos of the inside of the laptop, telling me it was now working and I could collect it. I'm now typing this review just 4 hours after thinking I'd destroyed my laptop. So yes, I highly recommend them. Professional, proficient and helpful. Can't ask for much more than that.

I visited the Le Roux chiropractic clinic after injuring myself playing rugby. The back pain I had was stopping me from playing any sports, and also from doing many basic day-to-activities. I saw Debbie over 3 sessions and was really impressed with how she got me back on my feet again. Even after the first session I was feeling more mobile, and after all 3 I was able to do normal activities again, and soon after get back into training. The clinic is a friendly and professional place, and the staff will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and that they sort out whatever problem you have. I can't recommend it highly enough.
