Round 1: 2 Rope Burpee Slams, 2 Kettle Bell Swings, 2 Bag Clean-Squat-Press. Time how long it takes to do this and continue until you have done 10 reps each. Round 2: Go back from 10-2 and once again time it. Finisher: Do pushups for how many seconds round 2 is different to round 1.

Keep your back straight. (And yes, you don't do a pushup in a strict burpee).
