Because a bunch of vegans have wanted to attribute my weight loss and fitness to a "vegan diet," let's set the record straight ...
I did not lose weight on a vegan diet. In fact, toward the end of my vegan diet I gained a few pounds. Toward the end, I felt extremely lethargic and weak. I could barely get out of bed, experienced multiple alarming symptoms with a simple walk to the grocery store, and had stopped working out at all.
I lost weight WHEN I WAS NOT VEGAN from my EFT tapping holistic healing system.
