I've been holding out for something like this for a while. Long overdue, but very welcome.

Looks like the #Cavs aren't done with their roster just yet. I guess another big man can't hurt. I don't expect him to play a ton of minutes, but he could be a nice defensive presence when Mosgov goes to the bench.
Kendrick Perkins, a 12-year veteran, is in the final year of a five-year deal.

Spoiler Alert
I'm not sure what's happening to my posts, but I'll give this another try. I've been using my knowledge of Albuquerque and map skills to put together a collection of filming locations that I can identify from recent episodes of #BetterCallSaul  . I'm alsways up for additions or corrections, so if you know of any, pass them on. I'll be updating this as the season progresses, so check back to see what's new.
These are locations that I can guess to the best of my ability. Corrections and additions are certainly welcome. There may be some spoilers if you're not caught up with all the episodes, as I use plot points to identify some of the locations.

On a side note, I did catch a "cheat" in the "Nacho" episode. When Jimmy starts hiking to find the Kettlemans, he starts out in the foothills behind their house. But when he comes to a clearing at the edge of a group of large trees, that's clearly down by the river.

"If life gives you lemons, fuck life."

My new favorite interview...
A call to 911 reveals more than what police expected. They were called to investigate gunfire near an Oklahoma County home. When they showed up they didn't find a gun but discovered a whole lot more. His name is Sir John Michael. "I saw the police helicopter circling around very low, ...

Maybe this constant drumbeat of "growth, growth, and more growth" without thoughts about what that growth actually means or what the repercussions might be is finally starting to fade. Let's hope the trend continues.

Shanghai abandons GDP as metric for economic success. GDP is a flawed measure that ignores environmental degradation. http://ow.ly/I2sWm
Shanghai has ditched its official economic growth target for 2015, becoming the first major city or province in China to abandon such metrics as government policy shifts towards a focus on growth quality over quantity. The Financial Times reports.

After 18 years and 8 months, our loyal dog Flea passed away quietly this morning, in my arms, with Meggan petting her, and with a cookie in her mouth. She's been with me for more than a third of my life now, and we had some great adventures. She always traveled well, and we clocked a lot of miles with me driving, and Flea being my 25-pound seat belt. I always described her as the kind of dog that people that didn't like dogs liked. She was loved dearly, and will be missed.

Spoiler Alert
I figured I'd put my mapping skills and knowledge of Albuquerque to good use. I've started keeping track of all the locations in #BetterCallSaul   that I recognize and can locate, and marked them in an custom map. Take a look and let me know what you think. Feel free to share with anyone else that might be interested. If you know of any others, pass them on and I'll add them. I'd like to make this the most complete and current resource out there

Whenever I watch a Harry Potter movie, I believe in magic!

That can be the only explanation for these films' popularity. There must be some sort of spell that causes anyone past their early teens to enjoy this stuff.

I'm starting to get really excited for this premier. It'll be fun to get to play the "Hey, I know where that place is!" game again. I'm already seeing stuff I recognize in the trailer. I use a parking lot right next to the one where Mike Ehrmentrout is working. #LameClaimToFame

What a game last night! Love this video, not only for the display of Kyrie's performance, but also that of Fred McLeod. I've listened to a lot of local teams call NBA games, and I can truly say that the #Cavs have one of the best duos with McLeod and Austin Carr. I still miss Joe Tait's radio calls, but love the way Fred & A.C. rep my hometown. Keep it rollin', Cavs!

Dugger's is the go-to service provider for our roadside assistance club (Better World Club), and we have used them several times. Every time, the drivers arrive at or well before the estimated time given, and they are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. While it's never fun to have to get your car towed, Dugger's makes the situation about as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended.

A great addition to Nob Hill. I've been there several times already, and each time the burger has been outstanding. I'd put it up against any burger in town. All the meat, veggies, and even the buns are locally-sourced, and really fresh. Even the beers - all 30+ on tap - are local as well. My new favorite spot.

Had a great stay there over Labor Day Weekend with a group of friends. Location was great, and the deal we got by reserving a block of rooms was unreal. Leading up to the visit, the staff was extremely responsive, accommodating, and helpful. This continued throughout the weekend while we were there, we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. I doubt I'd stay anywhere else for any of my upcoming trips to Denver.

I avoid this place as much as I can. Occasionally, there will be a band that I want to see enough that I'll bite the bullet and go to the Sunshine. The acoustics are terrible, and patrons are treated more like potential inmates than paying customers. A poor reflection on Albuquerque's music scene.
