No, we're stating that. They canceled the charge for their exhibitor booth (they decided back in July and were paid up). They claimed the "goods were not delivered". So essentially they lied to their credit card company and committed fraud by doing so. They had already been receiving promotion on the FoodWorx website since it was live. And how can one deliver the event booth 2 months before the event? So disappointing that they had to lie to their credit card company to get out of it, and even more disappointing that we as a merchant have no recourse when selling "intangible goods". Everyone has their own business style. Theirs is not one we choose to have anything to do with.
