Helping the business owners grasp the importance of reviews and how to manage them is something I really enjoy.  Looking forward to using this infographic to help!
It’s not even just e-commerce sites that allow reviews either. Local Directory sites allow customers to review businesses, whether the business encourages them or not. This freedom of opinion on the internet means it has never been easier for someone to find out what others think of your business.

The back story I REALLY want is about Jango and Boba Fett.  Who else remembers sending in UPC codes and waiting for an agonizing 8-12 weeks for that mail-order Boba Fett action figure to arrive?  Best day of my 6th grade life!!!
Though Disney hasn't said much about the forthcoming group of 'Star Wars' films, it appears likely they will focus on the back stories of major characters, including possibly Han Solo and Yoda. Read this article by Daniel Terdiman on CNET News.

This puts an interesting spin on the "reputation management" industry, and makes me wonder where the priority is with the Local +  Pages still a mess.

Google, let's be sure to only dissuade potential customers from visiting a local business by doing our best to highlight negative experiences.  We will be doing the world a favor, right?  Huh?

Working with a professional marketing expert (yes, like me!) Can help businesses overcome the issues they report with not enough leads, not enough conversions, disjointed tracking efforts and the overall frustration of not knowing what to do next to grow their business. Call the dog!

Yelp continues to cause headaches for small business owners.  Although Yelp is big in the reviews space, don't focus all your effort on generating Yelp reviews.  Spread them out with a focus on Google, and research your competition to see where they are getting reviews and make sure you are optimally set up on those site.

Johnson Collision did a fantastic job repairing my new Lexus GX460. I was less than thrilled about getting into an accident just a few months after buying it. These guys made it and drive and look just like new! (and I have over 20 years in the auto industry and know what to look for on wrecked cars!). I would highly recommend them to work on any vehicles.

My wife and I love Cafe Caturra as it offers a different dining experience with excellent food, a cool ambiance and affordable pricing. Add the fact that they will make a PBJ for our son and they get bonus points! We love the Shrimp Tacos, and of the paninis and the soups. Pretty much everything we have ever tried there was awesome, except the salads which lack ingredients and are too simple. The tea is great and the wine and beer selections or good, too. Lots of outdoor seating during the warmer months, and a coveted cluster of chairs near the real wood-burning fireplace during the cooler months adds to the pleasure. The only HUGE complaint is that they stopped offering chocolate peanut butter cookies, which were the best cookies I have ever had. Bring 'em back!!!

Killer burgers and duck frites. Can't wait to come back and check out the beer selection, which apparently changes every couple of weeks or so.

Dr. Kevin McLaughlin has made a huge improvement with my lower back pain and headache issues after just two visits. He has taken a lot of time to determine my back pain problems before beginning treatment and I am totally comfortable with his diagnosis. I highly recommend them for anyone needed some relief and looking for a Durham chiropractor.
