Awesome service and awesome prices. This is one of my favorite places to shop! You can't beat the prices, and the staff here is great and always willing to help!

They advertised specials out front and then refused to give us the specials pricing, insisting the specials sign was wrong. Very bad customer service. When we walked by half an hour later, they took down the specials sign. The food was just mediocre, the atmosphere was ruined by overly loud music (I couldn't have a conversation because it was so loud), and it took forever to get a refill on water or to he the bill at the end.

While our waiter was super caring about his tables, overall we were not impressed. Our food arrived cold and service took awhile (it took about 45 minutes for food to arrive). Additionally, one of the biggest disappointments was that the menu was as is with no substitutions for dietary needs. Management seemed very concerned about giving customers the least food they could was my impression from interactions. The food wasn't even good after we got it. We went up to pay, and the manager working the check out grabbed the credit card, punched it in, and slid the receipt to us, without saying a word. That is one to feel good about your customer service when you don't offer any. I don't recommend coming here when there are so many other great places near by.

Worst experience ever. I was here awhile back for a serious need, and instead of sending me straight to the ER as they should have, they made me sit in the waiting room for 2 hours then took vitals and said "we can't help you. please go to the ER." so they could get their money. After speaking with them since they didn't treat me at all, they said they'd refund my payment but haven't. I've been trying for over a year to get my money back, and every time I call, they have a different story.
