Morgan Stanley (MS.N) will pay about $3.2 billion to settle charges that it misled investors in residential mortgage-backed securities that later soured during the financial crisis, federal and state officials said Thursday.

Great advice for anyone who is fortunate enough to have an EA. Make sure you're utilizing the best of their talents, but also giving them opportunities to take over larger projects and responsibilities when appropriate.

The Godfrey hotel bar is great! Beautiful views of downtown Chicago, friendly staff, and plenty of nice seating.

Food was delicious, beers were cold, outdoor patio was really nice. What I couldn't quite understand was what they were thinking on a 72 degree evening in Chicago having only one server covering the entire place. The service was not only incredibly slow, but the waitress had excuses and sighs every time she came to our table. She was clearly in over her head, but voice your issues to your manager, not your customers.

It was my first time trying this restaurant. The service was outstanding, our server made some excellent recommendations and was attentive but not overbearing. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. I had to ask if they had any house-made salsas and would have liked to learn more about the them when they were delivered. It was a little loud inside and seemed like people had to talk over the loud music, so we sat outside. Overall, a good experience! I will definitely be going back.
