Thanks +Johnny Chandler I actually just saw those at a BBQ competition last weekend for the first time.  They do look better.

General BBQ  -

Smoked chicken wings cooked for 45 Min at 350-375 with the plate setter. Coating with baking powder (before seasoning) is crucial to get crispy skin. The longer you can let them sit and air dry the better. Hickory and Pecan wood mix.

(Fri06) Cutting instructions for making a Nano-SIM. Silly me, I thought the purpose of a SIM card is to enable you to easily move between phones, not have to cut your old SIM or go into your carrier's store.

I love this smoker. The build quality is just as good as a Stumps, plus you don't have to wait months to get one. The pit builder, Jeff, used to build for Stumps too. This is the best bang for the buck for a quality gravity smoker

Brisket smoked for 13 hours with Hickory. Pictures show after 10 hours before the Texas crutch, then after 3 more hours with the Texas Crutch done. Last picture is slicing 2 hours after coming off the egg.

I was cooking at 225 for the first few hours, but woke up around 6am and the temp had fallen to 200 and the meat looked a little dry, that's why I used the crutch.

The rub was actually a wet rub, the first time I had tried it. It's from a Chris Lilly recipe I found online.

My absolute favorite burger in town. FULL DISCLOSURE - I've never had the burger at H&F, but you know what I really like about Bocado? I can order the burger WHENEVER I WANT! I've heard the tales about H&F on a Saturday night at 10PM, and as much as I want to try that burger I hate they way it's hyped up. Anyways, Bocado is a double edged sword. The rest of the menu is decent, but not mind blowing. The deviled eggs are really good, and the burger is just heaven. I tried ordering something else once and regretted not getting the burger for the rest of the night. I've been here numerous times and in my opinion the only reason to come is to get the burger. Now the downside, and it's a huge downside. The service here is HORRIBLE! If it's busy, which is essentially everyday for lunch, and weekends for lunch and dinner, expect to wait 10-15 minutes to give your drink order. Then at least another 5 minutes to receive your drinks. Then another 5 minutes before a server comes back to take your order. The only reason I give this place three stars is because of the burger. Honestly, I wouldn't come here if it wasn't for that delicious hamburger. If you are going to Bocado, I recommend dinner on a weeknight. That seems to be the time when they are not too crowded and the service moves up to TOLERABLE.
