When you enter, you're put on either the Tech Support or Customer Service queue and they call your name when an employee is ready to help you. The wait is not usually that bad. My experiences with the employees have been mixed. They don't have enough of the latest smartphones available in the demo area -- only one or two Droid X's in the whole store when the phone first launched.
