Here are some best Buffalo wings recipes that you must try.    Ultimate vegan hot buffalo wings          Ingredients      Seitan    Sliced mushrooms- 1 cup  Chopped onions- 1/3 cup  Chopped garlic clove-1  Olive oil- 2 tbsp  Poultry spice- 2 tbsp  Salt- 1 tsp  Water- ½ cup  Vital wheat gluten- 1 cup    Breading    Fine corn flake crumbs- ½ cup  Flour- ½ cup  Paprika- ½ tbsp  Salt- ½ tbsp  Oil- 2tbsp  Soy milk- 1 cup  Apple cider vinegar- ½ tbsp  Fresh ground pepper    Sauce    Margarine- ½ cup  Hot sauce- ½ cup  Vinegar- 1 tbsp  Ketchup- 1 tbsp   Method    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a cookie sheet with foil in it. Oil it slightly.  Take mushroom, garlic and onion in a food processor and chop them. Add oil, salt, spice and water to it and process it into a smooth paste. Add gluten to it and process it again to make smooth dough.  Now, take the dough out of food processor and roll them in cylindrical shape. Flatten them slightly.  Mix flour, corn flakes, paprika, pepper and salt in a bowl. Take another bowl, mix apple cider vinegar and soy milk in it.  Now take seitan, toss it in oil and then in cornflake mixture.  Dip the seitan in soy milk mixture and then again in the cornflake mixture.  Place these dipped pieces on the cookie sheet and bake them for 10 minutes. Change their side and then again bake for 10 min.  Now, ultimate  vegan buffalo wings  are ready, let them cool for 5 minutes and serve them after tossing in the sauce.     Vegan Cauliflower buffalo wings with lime        Ingredients   Cauliflower- 1 head  Ground flax seed- 2 tbsp  Water- ½ cup  Hot sauce- 1 tbsp  Almond meal- ¼ cup  Rice flour- ¼ cup  Cayenne pepper- 1-3 tbsp  Chili powder- 1 tbsp  Paprika-1 tbsp  Fresh lime juice- 1 tbsp  Olive oil- 1 tbsp  Honey- 2tbsp   Method    Preheat the oven to 400- 425F.  Combine flax seed, water and hot sauce in a big bowl and put it aside to thicken.  Now, take the cauliflower head and cut into bite size pieces.  Now, add brown rice flour and almond meal to flax seed mixture. Mix it well to get lump free batter.  Take cauliflower pieces and add them to this mixture. Toss them well with the help of spatula until they are completely covered with the batter.  Now, take these pieces one by one and spread them into baking sheet. Bake them for 10 minutes, then toss and again bake for the same time.  While the cauliflower pieces are baked, mix all the sauce ingredients. Stir it to mix well. Here you have the choice of heating or not heating the sauce according to your taste. But if you are going to heat it then put it on low flame.  Now, take the baked cauliflower in big bowl and toss the sauce over them. Toss it well to cover the baked pieces equally.  Now, put the bowl in oven and bake for 5-7 minutes to make them crunchy.  Finally, you  vegan Buffalo wings  with cauliflower are ready to serve. You can garnish them with green onions, cabbage and even nuts.     Baked Mango Sriracha Cauliflower Wings        Ingredients     Main    Cauliflower- 1 head  Water- 1 cup  Whole wheat or white- ¾ cup  Chickpea flour- ½ cup  Rice flour- ¼ cup  Salt- 1 tbsp or according to taste  Garlic powder- 1 tbsp  Onion powder- 1 tbsp  Smoked paprika- ½ tbsp  Chili powder- ½ tbsp  Black pepper  Oil- 1 tbsp    Mango Sriracha Glaze    Mango jam- 1 cup  Sriracha sauce- ¼ cup  Hot sauce- 1 tbsp or for taste  Orange or apple juice- ¼ cup  Garlic powder- a pinch  Ginger powder- ¼ tbsp   Method    Preheat the oven.  Chop the cauliflower into small pieces about 1.5-2 inch pieces.  Mix all the batter ingredients in a bowl to get a thick and lump free batter. You can add more flour or water if required.  Dip the cauliflower pieces into the prepared batter and place on a sided baking sheet. Bake them for about 20 minutes.  Meanwhile, mix all the glaze ingredients and heat them on medium flame. Stir them well to mix equally. You can heat it up to 5-7 minutes.  Taste the glaze and adjust spice, tang or sweet according to your taste.  Once the glaze is hot and of exact taste, you can add baked cauliflowers florets to it. Toss them well so that all the florets will be coated equally. Now heat the glaze and let it boil for 1-2 minutes.  You should not toss them much.  That’s all you need to do for getting Baked Mango  Vegan Buffalo Wings . Now, serve them hot.   Note : Another method is to boil the glaze ingredients first and then, sprinkle it over the baked cauliflower. Coat the baked pieces well and they are ready to serve.     Vegan buffalo cauliflower with sweet potato noodles        Ingredients     Main    Cauliflower- 1 medium head (chopped into florets)  Olive oil cooking spray  Salt- according to taste  Pepper- for taste  Coconut oil- 3 tbsp  Raw cashews, soaked in water- ¼ cup  Sweet potatoes- 2 large, peeled and noodle trimmed  Chopped parsley- 1 tbsp    For sauce    Hot sauce- 3-4 tbsp  Garlic powder- 1 tbsp  Paprika- 1 tbsp  Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) – 1 tbsp  Apple cider vinegar- 1 tbsp  Salt- for taste   Method    Preheat the oven. Place baking sheet in it. Season the cauliflower with pepper and salt. Then, coat them lightly with cooking spray. Roast these cauliflower pieces for 20-25 minutes or until they begin to turn golden brown.  Take another baking sheet and place sweet potatoes on it. Coat them in the similar manner with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Roast them for 17-20 minutes or until they are cooked thoroughly.  Meanwhile, crush the cashew nuts in a blender or food processor. You need to make it creamy.  Heat coconut oil and cashew cream mixture on a medium heat. Puree it again for creamy mixture. You can add some vegetable broth to it for getting a sauce like inconsistency.  Now, take half of this sauce and toss it with cauliflower florets. After covering them with sauce, cook them for more 5 minutes.  Now, take sweet potato noodles in plate and top them with cooked cauliflower florets. Now, sprinkle the sauce on and garnish them with parsley.  Your  vegan buffalo wings  with sweet potatoes are ready to serve.     Vegan buffalo wings with Seitan        Ingredients   Flour- ¼ cup  Salt- few dashes  Pepper- for taste  Paprika- for taste  Dash cayenne- it is optional, but will give excellent taste  Olive Oil- ½ cup  Homemade seitan- 1 pound  Earth balance- 1/3 cup  Hot sauce- 1/3 cup   Method    Combine the flowing ingredients in a bowl- flour, pepper, salt, paprika and cayenne.  Take 1/3 cup olive oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium to high heat.  Prepare the seitan by chopping it into chunks about the size of bite. You can chop them into slabs or finger shape.  Pour these seitan pieces into the flour mixture and mix it well.  With the help of tongs, pour these wings into the hot oil one by one for frying. While putting them into the oil, you need to take care that pieces should not crowd at one place.  Fry the wings for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they start giving golden brown shade. Fry all wings in this way.  Meanwhile, combine hot sauce and EB (Earth Balance) in a saucepan and heat it over low- medium flame. Heat the mixture until Earth balance is dissolved and the sauce is blended completely. Then remove the saucepan from heat.  Now, when the sauce and all seitan wings are done, add the seitan wings to saucepan. Sprinkle the mixture with some buffalo sauce. Cover the pan and shake it well.   Vegan buffalo wings  with seitan are ready to serve.  Pour the wings into plates and garnish them with whatever material you like. You can use green onions, cabbage or nuts. Use something that will add to delicious taste of vegan wings.   All the above given recipes give different taste. You can try all to find the best taste.
