Sure, the office is a great entertainment place for kids but I must say that Dr. Saladin is quite a jerk. We haven't been going there long but from the few visits we have had for dental treatment have been awful. The first one for my 4 year old was for a filling. The assistant that Dr. Saladin had working there was totally flustered and didn't do her job well and the Dr. made sure to show his impatience with her. Totally unprofessional. I shook that off as just having a one time bad experience. This morning I took my 6 1/2 year old there for a minor filling. The topical was put on for an extremely short amount of time and then Dr. Saladin came in to give her the shot to numb her and basically stuck it in without even talking to her or preparing her for what was to come or try to sooth her with kind words. My daughter immediately felt the pain from the shot and began to cry and wiggle. He then proceeded to perform the task of prepping the area for the filling all the while my daughter was upset and crying. I really don't' think he took the proper amount of time to allow the area to numb properly either. He wasn't patient and didn't allow her the time to calm down. He basically forced the procedure on my daughter who was at this point hysterical. He was squeezing her head tight so that he could just finish. Thank god I was in there to try and hold her hands and talk to her to give her comfort. How creepy and scary it would be for some stranger to be hovering over you squeezing your head with loud tools in your mouth. I really think that he is so used to kids being strapped down and having laughing gas that he has no clue how to interact with kids and be compassionate. After the procedure he wanted to leave the room quickly and told me thank you for coming in. I was busy trying to console my daughter who at this point was more calm but obviously shaken by the whole experience. I said nothing in return and he again said thank you to me and again I didn't respond because I was truly not thankful for his work. He continued to leave the room and mutter under his breath "you're welcome" and close the door. I loudly told the assistant "what a jerk". He came back in and asked what I just said and I repeated it to him telling him he is a jerk. He asked why i would say that I told him that what he had just done was ridiculous. To walk out of the room and mutter that to me and the whole procedure that he had just done what outrageous. I told him he was not friendly and he was unprofessional. he shut the door and held in shut and continued to try and ask me what my problem was and that what I was saying was uncalled for. I told him that we were leaving and I had already paid for the procedure and that we would not be returning. He very nonchalantly told me to have a good day. What a jerk. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. SALADIN.

Friendly employees but very pricey. I'd say this little shop is more of a museum than a thrift store. I suppose it's in between. Truly vintage consignment.

Just bad food. Greasy, stale, dried out food. Go to Villa Fat in RL for good Chinese food nearby.
