Hold period on rental property will range from 2 years to 10 years and expected average would be 4 years; where else short term investments like investing in fix and flip project can earn anywhere around 10% per annum and hold period of 6 to 12 months.

Now Real estate developers don’t have to go through bank hassles to raise capital to develop their next project. Developers can raise up to $1 million per 12-month period through equity sale or via debt.
