Important weekend reading.
Perfectly creamy scrambled eggs take just three ingredients (eggs, salt, and butter) and a bit of patience.

Best part: it works with any muffin recipe.
Cream cheese—yes, the silky smooth bagel topping—adds a luxurious new layer to any breakfast muffin.

For sandwiches, salads, and scooping.
There's pita and then there's every other bread.

If you put this herb in your egg salad, you're already ahead of the game. http://trib.al/JnsddSo
So easy you can do it without a recipe. Please don't skimp on the mayo.

While I agree that it is generally cheaper to make food at home rather than buy it prepackaged, this article is overstating it. My town doesn't even have a Whole Foods, and I can pick up a jar of "gourmet" salsa for under $4. The store brand is about $2.50.

Trying to be a better cook? Get your pans dirty. Really dirty.
Stop worrying about the best way to clean your beloved well-worn baking sheet. It's perfect, just the way it is.

My pans are 8 years old and look as shiny as the day I bought them. I use parchment paper every time I bake for easy, no scrub cleanup.
