We are very sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. There must have been a misunderstanding about the services we provided and the experience you had with us. Just to clear the air, the work we discussed doing involved decluttering your home, for which we gave you a quote. In the end, a different price was settled upon, which we agreed to and completed services based upon. We did not offer to provide counselling services, as that is not part of our business. We take pride in providing great customer service and value to our all our clients, and again, we are very sorry for any dissatisfaction the work we agreed upon might have caused you.
