'In an Employee Survey, Does Asking the Right Questions Matter? Yes.' -- Determining the questions to feature on a survey will determine how useful the results of that survey will be. Simply asking, how engaged an employee is will only reveal a superficial answer. Truly gauging the level of employee engagement takes some further digging.
