We're glad this post got you thinking about HR zone training. Remember that there is no "one size fits all" approach to fitness, so the best workout is the one you can sustain. A healthy diet combined with continuous exercise is what helps you maintain weight loss goals. So, stay active, be healthy and happy tracking :)
