This review is purely on the superior customer service of their Sales Manager. Took the time to resolve a minor situation by calling me directly first thing next business morning over a weekend. I have a lot of respect for that quality of service.

Great staff. Great location. No points/perks, catering to tourists over business travelers.

I am very pleased to found such a wonderful dentist in near my house at La Jolla, San Diego! The office has everything. I am very impressed with the technology and the offer to keep my teeth "White For Life". The office is new and really clean. I appreciate the fact that my dentist took the time to explain to me how I should care for my teeth. Mark Soreano

I was very impressed from the moment I walked in the door! The location was great and the price was a steal for the quality. From the beautiful lobby, plush beds and elegant rooms knocked my socks off. I was also grateful for such a nice breakfast, as it was definitely above most continental breakfasts (boiled eggs, waffles, etc) - the man staffing the breakfast room was very friendly as well, and kept everything well-supplied and clean. In times where hotels are cutting corners where they can, I was floored by the luxury for the price.. even on new year's eve! I don't live far and plan on returning again for other special occasions.

Such an interesting, comfy hotel, and the location is actually better than beachfront because it is more convenient for walking places. 2 blocks away from a spectacular playground... many nearby restaurants and even groceries in walking distance. Parking is a challenge so valet may be worthwhile.
