You know, it is incredible that +T-Mobile is very transparent.

T-Mobile is making huge changes as a company and the effects they are having in the mobile industry are incredible.

You have to love how people still manage to find something to complain about. I've seen comments such as in the article below, such as, "well you still have to pay the remaining balance of the phone you're leasing, if you decide to leave T-Mobile."

Yes, NO ONE and NO COMPANY is going to give you a free phone! You're dreaming if that is what you think.

The thing with T-Mobile is that they are not messing around  or bullshitting anyone. They are upfront and will tell you how much a new phone will be in installments with your final bill monthly so there are no surprises. You pay exactly what the representative tells you before you even walk away with your new phone.

For those of you complaining that you will still owe money on a phone you were leasing, yes! That is reality! You cannot lease a car and decide to walk away a year later just because! A phone is no different. Unlike other carriers, if you pay off your phone,  your bill will drop to its simplest form, News Flash, other carriers NEVER do that. After 2 years, after you paid off your phone on any other carrier, you are still paying the same shit for no reason.

I love T-Mobile and their business practices and many of you other there do too.

I know there are those that do not and that is perfectly fine. But stop with the non-sense. Yes, you're leasing a property that is not yours unless you pay it fully. Yes, you cannot walk away from a lease and expect to be debt free, that is not realistic.

Stop complaining, at least now we have transparency that did not exist prior to the un-carrier movement.

Absolutely agree. +T-Mobile is yards better than +Sprint on so many levels. From what I've heard about "All In", Claure has very little room to maneuver in the calling-bullshit department. We've been through two " unleases" with T-Mo so far and they're exactly as advertised. Basically, an interest-free loan, and the payments actually end when we've paid them off!

Now if we can just keep Comcast's claws out of them...

The part about this that makes no sense ... everyone is just worried about Apple Music however no one ever questioned the following:

Apple allows 3rd party apps, and they even allow In App Purchases, but they DO NOT allow 3rd party apps to have their own store to make purchases from iOS devices.

Meaning, you can't buy a new kindle book via the iOS App for Kindle.
You cannot buy/rent a movie from Amazon via iOS, you cannot buy a song from Google Play Music on iOS.

Again, it brings the question to mind, how is that not anti-competitive behavior?

Glad the FTC is looking into Apple Music, but seriously, I think they should consider looking into Apple's anti-competitive nature on iOS as a whole.

The fact that a consumer has to go to a third party website to make a purchase to then come back to the app on iOS, sounds like an anticompetitive move. Even more so, if its one of Apple's store, there are no such hurdles ... #justsaying   #anticompetitive   #apple
When Apple enters any kind of business, it tends to turn heads. But when it comes to Apple Music, the company’s new music streaming service, it’s getting a different kind of attention—the federal trust-busting kind.
