I've become a huge fan of walking for stress relief, and pedometers make it more fun!  If you're looking for an inexpensive way to maximize your daily step count, here's a helpful article from my friend and colleague Wendy, who knows a TON about walking.
If you carry your phone with you all day, you probably don't need a stand-alone pedometer. Get an app instead.

On a personal level, being a devoted wife and mother of two has also taught her a great deal about stress management and personal balance.
