I've been eating my way through Rome since I was 12. After living here
as a child, I moved back permanently, from the States, in 1988, and now
consider myself pretty much a Roman.
I started out life as an art historian, but now cover all things beautiful and delicious for magazines
Architectural Digest, Food & Wine and Town & Country. I appear
on TV shows such as Gourmet's Diary of a Foodie (you can view some clips
), and am the author of six books
. My most recent is Italian Rustic: How to Bring Tuscan Charm into Your Home
I am the author selling apps, Eat Rome and Eat Florence, and Eat Venice.
I'm not working, I'm cooking. And when I'm not cooking, I'm eating. And
if I'm not doing any of the above, that means I'm writing about it all
on my blog Elizabeth Minchilli in Rome
