I reckon this is 128 words, so I've got some to spare! I'd love some feedback on which bits could be clearer, so I can spend those last words in the most useful places.

Down the rabbit hole
A game for two players, who take turns playing the PC and the Narrator.

Shared PC creation:
Age? Gender? Role? Hobby? Strength? Weakness? Three main friends/family/coworkers?

Toss a coin to decide who goes first as Narrator.

Begin like Alice, following the rabbit down the hole. In Wonderland, Narrator describes twisted nonsense versions of PC’s real life, PC reacts/interacts. After five minutes, cut the scene, swap roles.

As Narrator, ramp up tension and weirdness. (Remember the Red Queen: ‘Off with her head!’)

In the seventh scene everything comes to a head, then just as everything's about to go badly wrong, the PC wakes up in the real world. Swap roles one last time: Narrator describes a vestige of Wonderland which appears in the real world. End.

Three years ago today I was presenting a conference paper at Cornell Uni & looking forward to a few days of solo holiday in NYC as a reward.

I'm a bit embarrassed to say I hadn't heard of Geek and Sundry before today, but apparently they've heard of me :-)

Day three of #NineWorlds was probably my favourite for panels: historical head canons, non-binary gender in fantasy and myth, and the limitations of the 'strong female character'.

Cosplaying on the Saturday (my first time) was brilliant fun, and we collected enough 'awesome cosplay' tokens to earn badges saying 'I was awesome at Nine Worlds'. I bought yarn (Nine Worlds exclusive colour, called Iggdrasil) and a beautiful octopus necklace, with a free macaron brooch thrown in. And I knitted seven hexagons while listening to panels.

Here's a photo of me, +Ralph Lovegrove and Rowan as Jareth, Sarah and Toby, and one of my haul.

I'm reading The Forever War, as recommended by +Ralph Lovegrove , on kindle because what with baby wrangling I often only have one hand available. Pleased to also have the paper copy when it comes to diagrams, though.
