Google Adwords is proud to sponsor the inaugural 2015 Search Engine Land Awards program, also known as “The Landy Awards.” The Landy Awards are designed to recognize the industry leaders in SEO, SEM, local, mobile and retail search marketing campaigns.

All profits from Landy Awards entry fees, sponsorships and ceremony ticket sales will be donated to charity, with this year’s donations going to BeTheMatch.org and CODE.org.

The Landy Awards ceremony will be held in conjunction with Third Door Media’s annual search marketing community fundraising event, the AFTER DARK evening reception, at SMX East on September 30, 2015 [http://goo.gl/vjljF].
 
The theme for this year’s awards is “Celebrate the Power of Search,” and is designed to recognize industry excellence in executing organic and paid search marketing campaigns. Below are several awards categories [http://goo.gl/v1u3m3] now open for entry, including:

+ Best Integration Of Search Into Cross-Channel Marketing Campaign

+ Best Retail Search Marketing Initiative (SEO and/or SEM)
+ Best Local Search Marketing Initiative (SEO and/or SEM)
+ Best Mobile Search Marketing Initiative (SEO and/or SEM)
+ Best SEO/SEM Effort For A Charitable Organization

In addition, there are two individual awards open for nominations: the “Search Marketer of the Year” honor will be presented to a male and female winner by SEMPO at the awards ceremony.
