Very beautiful. Could you provide some advices if I will go in Cinque Terre during next summer. Which Town ? (Vernazza, Manarola, Riomaggiore) Which albergo ? Thank in advance for your answer. Have a nice evenening. + Christian Baillet
All 5 towns are spaced one train stop apart so it's easy to visit them all. If you can swing it, I'd try to stay in Vernazza, Riomaggiore, Monterosso, or Manarola - Cornelia is harder to get to IMO. Another great option is to stay one town over in Levanto. It's much cheaper and you can escape the crowds.
I think it's Riomaggiore, but I'm not shure. The Camping in Levanto is very nice and cheap. If you have time, walk from there with a great view over the sea to the five towns and go back with train :-).
In response to the question posted byon where to stay in the Cinque Terre: Ciao Christian. For the moment Vernazza (the village in the above image) is closed to tourists due to the October 25th mud slides. Therefore I advise finding a place to stay in another town. I think Riomaggiore and Manarola are lovely places and good choices this summer. If you are looking for remoteness you could try Volastra (above Manarola). The 5terre is busy in the summer so make sure to look for a room soon. If you have any other questions feel free to contact me.. I love helping people travel beautifully in the Cinque Terre.
What a pity. I wanted stayed in Vernazza. Veranazza are close durin the day and the evening ? I will check to find a room in Riomaggiore or Manarola. Thank you very much Bianco for information. Have a nice evening. Christian
Grazzie mille Bianca ;-)
Beautiful! I was there in 2005.....your image totally makes me want to go back asap!
muy bonito esta todo este palsages
Let's face it, being there makes it easier to photograph. Yes, one can stay at home, and find different ways to image anything. In fact part of the art of Art is to see rather than look. However, the desire to see new things, and places, is part of what makes us human. I applaud self-deprecation, but I'm suspicious of false modesty. Try not to talk in platitudes. :)
Przepiękny widok. Dobre foto.
