With three impressive albums out to date on James Holden's Border Community label, Norfolk native Nathan Fake has proven himself to be one the most talented electronica producers around. His atmospherically dense, busy tracks, oscillating between melancholy beauty and occasional disharmony, will surely appeal to fans of the old Warp Records IDM sound. Even though the weather gods weren't on our side on this particular morning, we set out for Norwich to pay Nathan a visit for this Slices feature on Electronic Beats TV. Indeed, this film shooting literally came within an inch of getting dunked, but that's another story altogether.
